The "CUSD Reads" Superintendent's Book Club is back for 2025-26!
Students, read any book on your own time, write a review, and earn this month's reward. Say hello to October's sticker, LaBookBook.
But wait, there's more! New this year, be among the first 20 students at your school to submit 10 reviews (grades TK-6) or 5 reviews (grades 7-12) by Nov. 30, 2026, and win a CUSD Reads water bottle! Turn in 25, 50, 75, or 100+ reviews by March 30, 2026 to earn milestone stickers.
And don't forget ... each review counts as in entry in your school's year-end drawing for an e-reader. The more books you read and review, the greater your odds of winning!

Good Day Adkison Families!
On May 15 we will be having a Family Picnic Lunch. Families are welcome to join us for lunch during your child's regular lunch time. Parents can bring their child lunch or they can go through the cafeteria and grab lunch. Parents can bring chairs and blankets to enjoy lunch outside the cafeteria. Student will attend their normal lunch times and will not be pulled out of class if a sibling has a different lunch time. Please see flyer for times.

It's a new month and a new theme for the #CUSDreads Superintendent's Book Club! February's theme, Heritage/History/Family, is inspired by Black History Month. Students who read any book and turn in a review by the end of the month earn a "Reading Is My Jam" sticker, plus an entry in their school's year-end e-reader drawing! All schools and offices in the Ceres Unified School District will be closed in observance of the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday on Monday, January 19, 2026. We wish our CUSD community a safe weekend and look forward to welcoming students back on Tuesday, January 20.
